Oceanz Phase 2 By Danube

Phase two of the project — Oceanz Phase 2 — continues building out Dubai Maritime City with another 50-storey tower from Danube Properties, adding a private cinema to the shared infrastructure alongside studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Off-plan prices start from AED 1,186,000, with handover scheduled for Q1 2027. Residents get access to a cinema room, a gymnasium, a shared pool, a spa, a children's play area and a barbecue zone.

That amenity mix goes beyond the standard pool-plus-gym package and leans clearly toward entertainment — a choice that sets Oceanz Phase 2 apart from the neighbouring towers in Danube's own line-up.
